Refund policy

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must notify Black Raven within 14 days of receiving the goods. Black Raven will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
Size Exchanges:
Black Raven offers size exchanges for items that do not fit. Customers must notify Black Raven within 14 days of receiving the goods and follow the return process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized or customized products, are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Black Raven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.
