Shipping Policy

Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout before the final payment.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries within the European Union. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Black Raven cannot be held liable for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Black Raven is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, natural disasters, or transportation delays

 

Return Policy:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must notify Black Raven within 14 days of receiving the goods. Black Raven will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

Size Exchanges: Black Raven offers size exchanges for items that do not fit. Customers must notify Black Raven within 14 days of receiving the goods and follow the return process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized or customized products, are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Black Raven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

Refund Exceptions: Black Raven reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned after the 14-day cancellation period or for items that are not in their original condition.
